Provided by YP.comBryan insulted me and my intelligence several times yesterday and then had the audacity to storm into my home and chew me out again today in front of my parents and my children. On top of it all I found it very unprofessional that Bryan told me yesterday that he wanted to send his 'top installer' Richard to do the work for me but that Richard was working in Austin today and that he would have to send his second best installer out to me instead. But you never even contacted me today and spoke to me directly to find out what all he said and did or didn’t do in my home. I sincerely hope that you do not let a man treat your wife, sisters, daughters or granddaughters like this because as a woman myself, this was flat wrong and very unprofessional of Bryan. As a Business Owner you should know that sometimes the Customers are still right and I deserve an apology for your employee treating me like this in my own home and then you calling my dad a liar when he tried to reach out to you in regards to it all. But today because I didn’t want to be chewed out by Bryan anymore, Karl cancelled the entire job on me and said he would NEVER HELP ME now. On top of that, Bryan ordered all of the wrong stuff to even help me get my new coil installed today and yet Karl, the owner of Air National didn’t even bother to contact me to apologize for my missing 2 days of work now for nothing. As the Business Owner you aren’t even taking responsibility for your own employee, Bryan’s mistake on ordering the incorrect equipment, you just cancelled the job entirely because you didn’t care about your customer at all. Your employee, Bryan, was very disrespectful to me, chewed me out in front of my parents and my kids, ordered the wrong stuff to install and then you called my dad a liar. Professionalism, Courteous Business and Excellent Customer Service still go along way in 2018, it’s just too bad Karl nor Bryan knows that!!!

Provided by YP.comThe guys where great. They came out and replaced a 13yr old unit with no issues. They where late for their designated start time but made up for it in speed of installation. The unit works great and cools the house with no issues. The summer is coming so this will be the test but I already notice the unit working great at a higher setting so they helped make the right choice of units. Thanks Air National keep up the good work.

Provided by YP.comI will never work with this company again. They replaced my first AC unit about a year ago. I was not impressed with it but I decided to give them another chance and have them replace my 2nd unit. I while before they started replacing the 2nd Unit I noticed that the first Unit started to leak water. They said my drain was clogged. A week later it was still leaking. Again they said my drain was clogged and they would clean it again.
That did not stop the leak. It turn out that when they placed the unit a year ago it was not done right and the insulation inside was not properly fitted. That caused the unit to condense on the outside and that was the reason for the leaks. Because of all that water ran over the pan and caused damage.
DAY 1: They installed the 2nd unit, the technician did not run a 3 wire cable to the unit outside to make sure the 2 stage pump would run properly. He told me it was not needed. I complained to his supervisor and they needed to come back to replace the cable
DAY 2: They replaced the wire and they told me that they would send someone to fix the Sheetrock that had water damage from the first unit.
DAY 3: Nobody showed up. Called to ask why. Another appointment was placed
DAY 4: The person showed up to take "measurements" to see what scaffold he would have to use. (They knew that a scaffold was needed)
Day 5: Another person arrived (surprised to see how high up there he had to work and told me he needed a scaffold)
DAY 6: Person arrived with scaffold and did the repairs
When I paid for the 2nd unit I gave them my credit card number and I would withhold $1000 until it was fixes. Well guess what, they ran my credit card a week later before the repairs were done. I disputed it with my bank.
I called them to see if we can come to some agreement and they said yes. The technician came to my house and we discussed a zoning system. He would quote me a couple of days later.I told him that was ok. He also said he would work with me on the $1000. We are now a week later and they charged the card a 2nd time for $1000. I disputed again but unfortunately my dispute was denied.

Provided by YPmobileI wish I could give this company negative stars unfortunately can't. Here it goes bought my 2 AC units about three and a half years for my house that's now six years old. This company suggested it's too expensive to fix the units than to buy needless to say I bought brand new units from them for over six thousand dollars of the two one has already died on me. When I called the company I was met with the rudest customer service. They were not only rude but also implied I was lying until I pulled out the paperwork I saved from that transaction. Then they said they'll probably cover the parts but I'll be responsible for labor not only that I will have to pay for them to come out to even look at the unit. I even agreed to that... I am a physician by trade have three kids under five years old and dealing with Texas heat..... I took time off to wait for the technician who never showed.

Provided by YP.comFrom reading the other reviews that mentioned honesty, I'm not sure if they got tricked, work for the company or the company just changed hands and/or policy, but honesty is the last description I'd use for this business.
My outside unit was not working. Air National said they would have someone at my house at 6PM. They arrived a little after 8:40. After checking my unit they said it needed a new compressor and coil. The house is only 8 years old and 2 of the years no one lived here, so the unit basically has 6 years of use. They said it was because it was too small for the house and it died from working too hard. To replace it with a similar unit would be $3200-$3500. To replace it with the correct size unit would be $5500+. I said I would have to think about it and they pushed for me to make a decision. They could get their financing office on the phone and we could work something out right then. They kept pushing me to make a decision that night and I refused. So then it was call first thing in the morning and I'd be running by noon before it got too hot. After leaving they called and left a voice mail and then sent a text.
Needless to say, I got a second opinion the next day. When they opened the unit there were three wires disconnected so the unit wasn't even getting power. They reattached the wires and said I had a bad capacitor--something Air National checked and said was fine. They replaced the capacitor and the unit worked fine.
Air National never contacted me again after making the hard push to buy that night. I'm guessing they assumed I got a second opinion and found out the real problem. On top of that, I check their prices and they were way higher. So not only were they trying to sell me things I didn't need, but were going to over charge me for them. So in my opinion they are the farthest thing from being honest and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Provided by YP.comA year and a half ago the person who did my inspection did an excellent job. Unfortunately, after that you are on their call list. I have endured a phone call every two weeks for a year to do a follow up. Every person tells me they are taking me off the list. I have called and asked supervisors to take me off the list with no solution. I do not know what to do from this point. I feel like it is bordering on harassment. BE WARNED THEY WILL NEVER STOP CALLING YOU!

Provided by YP.comOverall, I am very happy with this place. We just got our central heat, a/c, and ducts replaced and so far, they are working very well!! The reason why we went with Air National was their price, which was much less than the quotes we got from other places in the Houston area. The technicians were friendly, timely, professional. They did not try to sell me on a bunch of unneeded items or repairs. Air National and their workers seem like very friendly, honest people. I'm happy to finally find my go-to AC repair place

Provided by YP.comI wasn't sure what to expect since this is my first home, but the heat wouldn't kick on last night so I called Air National. The technician came out and walked me through everything, he was helpful I just wasn't expecting to pay $375.00 for the parts. I think it was a fair price it just came at a bad time for me. I will call Air National again if something else breaks, let's hope not.

Provided by YP.comExcellent company! This is the only company I will call from now on. Air National came out on a Saturday when no other companies would even answer the phone! Their tech showed up right when they said he would, found the problem in minutes and made the repair with a part that he already had on his truck. They applied the service call to the repair like they said they would and only charged me $99 on a Saturday! Needless to say, my new air conditioning company is Air National!
