Hired for repair of a 5-year-old LG refrigerator. Paid $360 and after 4 weeks of mistakes finally got it working for a few days. Since it stopped there have been no responses to calls or texts. We've been extremely patient and understand that not all appliances can be fixed, but for him to completely ignore a customer after taking money is unethical at best.

I hope you read this before you get scammed!!!!! He is a real con-artist and crook. The first tell-tell sign is he never answers the phone let's it go strait to voice mail. He came to my house diagnosed the problem with 2 appliances and need to order parts. He ask me if I could pay for the parts up front since he had to pay for them. So I did $309.00 ( that's should have been my first sign) but he seemed honest and everything was God bless you and have a blessed day. He came back out and ask for $120.00 for labor and I paid him. He said he blew out a fuse on my microwave but would come back immediately and fix it and he said he fixed my washing machine. 8 days later he will not return phone calls or text messages and nothing works. He scammed me for $429.00 and nothing works. Also he cashes your checks immediately( as cash... Doesn't put them in an account). He is a true crook... Don't get scammed!!!

Mr. Archer is dishonest and makes promises he cannot keep. Please don't use this "repairman" and keep looking elsewhere. What a jerk and con man! So sorry I ever crossed paths with this sad excuse for a businessman.

He was very nice on the phone, sent his guys out same day to replace the glass on my cook top. However, one of the burners was broken in the process meaning that it would not turn on after they replaced the cook top. The guys did not remove to the glass to verify if it was connected, they just assumed it was. They said their boss would call the next day and they would take care of it. That was January 20, 2016, it is now 04/12/2016 and he won't return my text or phone calls. Says he wants to take care of this. but has not taken any actions to do so. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Mr. Archer came in to assess a gas leak on my dryer. He replaced the gas line from the wall to the dryer for $150. He said if that didn't fix the problem to call him back out.



The line replacement reduced the amount of gas leak coming from my dryer, but did not fix the problem. It's 10 days later now and after many attempted calls I've had no follow-up and no resolution to my problem. He's obviously unable or unwilling to finish the job he started.



I will not be using his services again and will warn my friends, family and neighbors not to use him either.

don't ever use.Took my money after changing 2 relays and the refrigerator still doesn't work! Won't return calls,texts or emails!
