This dealership told me the car ran great and had no problems, but they sold me a car with a crack across the radiator and had put SCOTCH TAPE over the crack. This caused the car to over heat and led to a blown head gasket less than 2 months into having it. Trying to get the issue resolved was a headache, having to talk between a middle man constantly to relay messages over a period of 3 weeks. In the end they refused to do anything about it, their solution was to sell me another car, with more money down than I even put on the first one! They have Christian music playing on the lot as if to gain your trust, it worked on me, but beware.

I had to quickly replace my vehicle, after it was destroyed by hurricane Harvey. Unlike the previous review, in which someone describes their careless, "Beverly Hillbilly's" method of car buying, I used the correct, "common sense" approach. Thus, resulting in a smooth vehicle purchase, and overall experience with B&D. Yet the reason I will send my family to B&D, is due to their countless efforts in accommodating my needs, including endless patience as I researched & reviewed, in order to choose the right vehicle.
