I have used Bearcat for over 7 years and have recommended them to several family members. They have been very responsive and professional. Every time I have seen any issues after they sprayed they have come immediately back to do follow up...I highly recommend.

Bearcat came out the first time, exterminated, and did not get rid of the bugs. Called them again and they said they would put some bug spray outside the house, and never showed up again or followed up, yet the bugs were still there. I was going to give them a third chance, I called setup an appointment and they never showed up. Called them that day to ask if the person that was going to make it, and the man I spoke to told me someone would call back. Called them after I never heard from them, and the man that answered the phone said they no longer service the area I live in (which I know is not true). Bearcat's lack of professionalism leaves alot to be desired. Suggestion, call a professional, NOT Bearcat.
