These incompetents tried to give me (and charge me more naturally) for the wrong medication twice! Then tried to argue with me both times that my 35 lb. dogs weight 80 lbs. They tried to give my little dog meds for dogs up to 100 lbs. twce just becaue they entered the info wrong in the computer and still wouldn't change it after the first time. Big surprise, the meds are more expensive for larger dogs. The office staff is always rude and while Dr. Osborne seemed like a nice man, I've only seen him once in the almost 3 years that I've been taking my dogs there. The office staff is rude in addition to being incompetent and I mean at leaset 3 different people. I don't know how bad it is to give a dog twice as strong a medication as they need, but it doesn't soun good and I would not expect for the veterinarian's office to repeat the mistake, but they did and then acted like I was in the wrong for insisting on the correct dosage.

I have 2 dogs, a Chihuahua named Napoleon and a French Bulldog named BoBo, anytime that we have any questions they are so quick to get us an informed answer. They spoil their patients just like I spoil my boys. :) Love them!
