Dropped off pants to be hemmed, she said it'd take 3 hours. I found a better deal so 30min after dropping them off I told her I wanted to cancel. She hemmed them anyway and did about inches longer then we agreed on. Upon asking her to fix it the next day she said she'd do me the "favor" of fixing it but I had to drop it off Monday and it'd be ready Friday! It clearly states same day hemming on the window. She would not give me my money back. I don't suggest dealing with Chan's Tailor.

Had to wear a different dress to my daughter's deb ball. They closed early the day I was to pick it up, did not call, and had the dress hanging within sight when I got there to pick it up. There is no way to contact them or leave a number and trust me, they won't call you.
