I had been going to this office for a couple of years. But, lately after purchasing a couple of pairs of glasses it was a total nightmare. I had to wait 4 weeks to get my first pair and then 2 more for the next. I was told by a man that worked there that it would only be about 10 days when I would get my order in. When I called to check on them I got the run around that someone would call me back and after calling 4 times I finally got a phone call. The gentleman was very short with me and told me that he would have to make a call and then call me back. Again I waited a couple of days and not a returned phone call. I called again the next week and he said that the first pair was in and I asked him why I had to call back to find this out. I mentioned that I was needing my other pair and of coarse was told the same thing (he needed to make a phone call)! I dont know why it is so hard for someone to at least give you an update on where an order that you have paid over $800.00 for. I finally got both pairs after having to call and hound this office for my order several times. All I can say is that there has to be better customer service than what I got with this place. I definately will not be going back! I know that this was my experience but, I hope that this may help someone else in not having to deal with the grief that I did!
