I received poor installation and warranty service from this company. Instead of using gas log trained installers Cunningham's sent store salesmen to install my vented gas log set. Salesman Jose arrived to install the 1st log set incorrectly and informed me the installer had just quit which was why he was asked to install. This log set was too large, logs were touching the walls and flute. He placed a 30" log set in my 26" fireplace. Jose also refused to install the damper clamp I requested for safety, stating I didn't need it. and he even took the clamp that came with the set with him when he left. The 2nd log set was installed by a second salesman, Rodney. Within two weeks I contacted Cunningham's to report flame burning issues; going off and on and flames intermittently flashing as mini explosions. I was promised a return call for service which did not occur until I contacted them a 3rd time. I was asked at that time to forward a video of what was occurring before the service was scheduled and I did. Rodney, not a serviceman showed for the service, he witnessed the issues and stated he had no idea why or how to fix it. He rearranged the logs causing heavy soot to spray everywhere and told me to just stir the flames up to let the gases escape if it continues. Further contacts to Cunningham's for service, warranty and repair have been ignored. Requests to speak with owner Jeff Cunningham have also been ignored. I have recently received an email from Rodney stating Jeff told him to inform me they would not be servicing for repairs or warranty and would like to come remove the log set. I asked at that time for Jeff to contact me and he did not. In contacting the manufacturer of the log set I was informed improper installation as the cause of the flame issues and that gas and fumes leakage could have resulted in a very bad outcome and that immediate and proper re-installation was required.

I was pleasantly surprised how real that first log looked in MY house. All of them were just as pleasing & bigger because the fire logs in the store are 18” & we needed 24”.

Our fire is even HIGHER than I had hoped or even seen in my mind. There is lots of heat coming off of it because it is 75 degrees here in Texas. We bought this for the ambiance & lots of fire. They assured us there would be some heat & that will be nice too.

J. R. & I got the triple burner just like Jose so professionally showed us in the store. It has embers & this set of logs have 3 logs with a hole in them that the fire licks up through.❤️

30 minutes, Scott & Pedro were in & out & made me very happy. Scott showed me the easy to use remote control & told me that it has a Low, Medium & High flame & that if it gets too hot, it will turn itself down.😃

Purchased their barn wood cooler for my parents XMAS present. They shipped same day and it arrived in perfect condition. Folks loved it. Great customer service.

I purchased over $2500 worth of RCS outdoor kitchen equipment from this company....in 6 months it has rust covering it....don't buy from this company. They will weasel out of the warranty. They claim because I had pool chemicals near it...(sealed in their containers and separated by a wall). They will not honor warranty. It's an outdoor kitchen near a pool...not saltwater it's going to be exposed to pool chemicals. Their product is on the low end and is not good stainless steel.
