Provided by YPmobileI have been doing my nails for 17 years & I have never ever EVER in my life had such a bad experience like I did today. It started out with the pedi tub having nails in it from the previous customer. They cleaned it/ok no problem. Then I asked the nail tech if he could look for OPI strawberry margarita (color) & he said "I know that color but we don't have it." I said ok can you please get me something similar. Rudly he was like "Just go look for the color yourselve." I got up to look for it & it was right there. After my toes were done Louis (same guy that had just lied to me) did my nails. I noticed that my polish was running so I nicely asked him if he could fix it by filing it. He got up & said "I don't feel comfortable doing your nails anymore" & asked his coworker to do so. That co worker all ready had an attitude when walking over (I could see it in his face). He started going off on me that I was too picky and he didn't see what was wrong. My friend could tell how bad they looked and even husband my husband that knows nothing about nails. This man kept going off and off (being extremely rude to me). I paid for my "BAD" service and will never ever return. I will make sure I share my bad experience with others here in the Woodlands.

Provided by YP.comMy sister and I had a mani-pedi on Aug 2nd and it was the worst service we have ever had at a nail salon. We walked out stating that we would never step foot in this place again. We had the ultimate mani-pedi and paid $116. We had 4 techs (2 for mani and 2 for pedi). None of them had the experience level to provide adequate service - lacking basic skill set. It was beyond BAD service. I don't even want to give them 1 star.

Provided by YP.comI really loved this place until a recent experience left me feeling terrible! A friend of mine purchased a gift certificate for me and when I went to use it for the 1st time the nail tech said "oh, there is no balance on this card". I was shocked because it was a gift and well, I had not used it! I was so embarrassed but paid the bill and asked to speak to the manager. I even had the receipt my friend had given me to show the balance on the card! The manager wasn't there so I said I would return to speak to him. I went back another day and asked to speak to the manager but again he was not available. I then left my number and asked the person at the desk to have him call me. He never called. About 2 wks later I stopped in again and the manager was there. I must add that each time I went in the person at the front desk and several of the nail techs started "discussing" me as they knew why I was there. I felt like a criminal who was attempting to steal something! I tried to explain the situation to the manager who would not even consider that a mistake could have been made, he also made me feel like a thief! I was totally humiliated! I will NEVER go there again and intend to tell as many people as I possibly can the story in hopes they will not go there either! He offered NO resolution, just he was right and I was wrong! I'm only giving a 1 star rating because I had to!

Provided by YP.comAfter a long stressful day at work, I decided to stop by E-Nails due to the special posted outside. It just so happened that the nail tech that refilled my nails, today was his first day. He was very nice but had no clue as to what he was doing. I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and have never experienced this type of service before. I had to coach him through the whole procedure. He would add acrylic and then file too much off then having to go back over his work more than six times. The Tech used some type of metal instrument to do the tips. My white is still not straight. Then the tech goes to the pedicure section and get some files and some additional supplies. I asked him was the file he was using on my nails used on people feet. He explained the big file was for either the nails or the feet but he used the big and the little file on my nails. From my understanding one of them was suppose to be for the feet. (UNSANITARY) My nails are not smooth due to him not using a file after to smooth the nails. He attempted to put gel on my nails but I stopped him and advised him to buff them. He then put buffing cream on my nails and used the square buffer to buff them instead of using the machine to buff them. I had to advise him to use the machine. I was so discussed with the experience, I explained it to the lady at the front checking me out. I explained I was a first time customer that stopped by to get the special and had a HORRIBLE experience. She charged me full price, not the special for her NEW tech to EXPERIMENT on my nails for a hour and a half. I will never got back or recommend this place.
