Had laminate floor installed throughout the house . Initially there were spots making cracking sounds. I was told it will go away once floor settles. Didn't happen. Called them , installer was sent to fix problem. Came redid some work, still not fixed. Laminate sales rep came, said laminate is ok, still installation issue. Manager said will send installer again , never got fixed. Save your money. DO NOT go to EZ floors. I have been to many friends and family who have floors done. Not a single area makes any cracking or popping sound. EZ FLOOR did a very poor job. Buyers be ware.
