Manager closed an hour early and stated she didn't have to tell her customers why.... not very professional and when I informed her of that she got an attitude and told me her mom was in the hospital... I don't understand why she doesn't have other people to run the store- why there was no sign- and why she had to get rude with me. Nevertheless I am climbing up the ladder with this one. My husbands favorite chicken place and both times we have came we had awful experiences. First time they nearly burned the place down cooking chicken and tried to put water on a grease fire!

I tried to place an order for the 5 peice with one side.. which is $5.99. The side choices are either fries or mash potatoes. I didn't want either.. I asked to change out the side for a roll.. 1 roll! He said no.. it will be 40 cent more.. I asked him in different ways. He still DENIED me.. said it's because his boss is a strick Indian guy whose strick about inventory! O yea.. flies all around the place..he needs to be fired. How you miss a 6$ sale over 40 cent roll??
