Provided by YPmobileBought a 170$ fishing poll combo. It was defective. Drag didn't work at all so it never got used. I got the extended warranty but they wanted me to right a letter,call someone, wait a month for a response ect.. or the could have just exchanged it and gave me another one. They said no well I left the useless combo on the counter with the receipt since I didn't need it in a month since I was going fishing the next day (planned boat trip) and the followed me out and put it in the trash can at the entry door. I will never again spend a dime at this place. If your going to sell expensive trash at least honor your warranty. New academy next exit north of this place has a well knowledgeable staff and hooked me up.
