Beyond turned off from the Spring location. I received an email stating on 12/12 at 9:30am the Rachael's Hallmark stores would a large Vera Bradley tote available for $30! I went to the store, at 9:20am and was advised - VERY RUDELY, the bags were already sold out because they allowed customers to come in BEFORE the sale and reserve them early with a credit card. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE business practice! Why even bother having a "sale" when you are going to allow customers to come in, days in advance, to reserve with a credit card. I was a dedicated customer that was burnt in the wrong way! I will never be back and I will advise all my coworkers, family and friends (who frequent this location VERY often) to never give their business to you again! P.S. find a new manager, the one that was working 12/12/14 in the AM was completely unprofessional and rude - she advised me to "not even bother the other stores, they all are sold out because they allowed customers to do the same thing!" RUDE!

I went in to pick up the advertised Vera Bradley tote that was to go on sale 12/12. I was told at 9:30, when the store opened, they were already sold out. They accepted credit cards from customers before the sale, absolutely unacceptable! And the manager was a completely rude woman! I will never shop at Rachael's Hallmark again and will make sure our office, who uses this Hallmark very very often, will never give their business to them again!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! I have been there twice and had to wait at the counter both times for someone to come from the back to check out. I received a broken bottle of Lamp Berger oil. When I tried to return it, they wouldn't take it because most of it had leaked out (in my car, smelt like rubbing alcohol for 2 days).

Great Customer Service even has a post office inside.
