Provided by YP.comWe loved KRK when we first enrolled out daughter 3 years ago. It has been an absolute nightmare as of the past few months. The owners sold their other center in Colorado, and them being more involved is a disaster.
Recently I personally witnessed a teacher slam my child to the ground onto her bottom while screaming at her to discipline her for pushing a child. No doubt she needed to be disciplined, but the force with which she was thrown to the ground and the volume of the screaming was obscene. My daughter ran away crying, and I immediately went into the room next door to address the teacher. When I asked her if she thought that was a little too rough, she looked at me with a nasty look and said, “You thought THAT was rough?!” I immediately took my daughter up front and addressed this with the manager on duty. When video was reviewed, the manager stated it couldn't be seen on video, but the owner stated no wrong was done. This is our THIRD complaint about this teacher being physical, and we have spoken to other parents with the same complaints.
We decided to withdraw our daughter after the teacher was not removed for the abuse, but they require a two-week notice, so we opted to leave her there until the end of the month with the agreement she would never be with that teacher.
From the point of our complaints and subsequent notice of withdrawal, they were on the hunt to do anything they could to further discipline our daughter. While anything she did resulted in an immediate call, she was bitten and bruised on one occasion and somehow had her back scratched with something so badly that she was bleeding. Neither warranted a call to us. Her teachers even agreed that what was being done was overboard. Two days before her final day, we were called and told that they were disenrolling our toddler. All reasons given by owners were contradicted by teachers and parents.
Unless ownership changes, I would advise to steer clear of this daycare.

Provided by YP.comgreat daycare! I moved my child here after having a bad experience at a not so organized daycare. The staff here is friendly and professional.
The owner is even there most of the time greeting you. This center is well organized and clean. My child loved it and so did I. I wanted her at a daycare that cared and where teachers paid attention to the kids. The classrooms are age appropriate unlike the center she was at before where they had all school age kids in one huge room. I highly recommend this daycare.
