Provided by YP.comThis office is the worst, they engage in double billing! They billed my insurance company, collected payment and THEN collected the same payment from me! Over 20 emails and I could not get a refund. The doctor's incompetent rude husband is the office manager, the only answer their phone occasionally and the wait time can be 2 hours or more!

Provided by YPmobileI think she herself is bipolar because at one point she was nice but didn't really say much. The next visit she was very rude and the visit felt like I was a waste of her time, even though she assured me that she cared. The medication I was started on were samples, which I thought it was great. However, when it was time to get my RX from the pharmacy it wasn't covered because of age limitations. That same day I tried to refill my medication I tried to call the office but it was impossible to reach anyone . The front desk girl runs the desk plus she is also the one who assist the doctor, so unless you are at the office don't bother to call. luckily the next day, after calling for 20 minutes I was able to get a hold of someone. I explained the situation about my insurance not wanting to cover the medications because of the age limitation and that in order for them to cover the meds they just need to talk to the office to verify everything. The office refuse to call my insurance because even though their office accepts insurance, they don't deal with them on the phone. They accept my insurance fees for co-pays; however, when insurance needs to confirm information they will not talk to them. HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE? I ran a front office before and handled patients with insurance and patients that were self pay. What I learned from insurances is that its a very long process to get the credentials, that allow your in network or out of network provider to get paid by insurances. There are numerous of situations where insurance needs to contact a provider to make sure the medication is not forged, claims were submitted properly. When an insurance tells you that they must speak to the provider or the front office directly, they mean it. Otherwise you are at fault for falsifying medical records. This is what I tried to explain to the office and they hung up on me. Finally, I ended up showing up with my dad because he thought he could explain the situation better. We told the " office manager" (which is actually Dr Lourdes husband) the situation, he said we need to make another appointment. I awared him that I just had an appointment and I was just wondering if their was a generic brand or another from of medication that I could take other than that if they weren't going to speak to my insurance. His response was that he can't make decisions like that and that I needed another appointment that would allow me to ask the doctor that question. I couldn't speak to the doctor at all. He stated that the medication she gave me is best suited for me. I even asked for samples until I could set this bogus appointment up and he said no. Heres what is to come from this office: the front desk is rude, doctor is bi-polar, the management doesn't make any sense, don't bother calling because 9 chances out of 10 you will not get thru, and they accept insurance but they will not speak to them for any reasons. GOOOOOOD LUCK !

Provided by YPmobileWhen it comes to Neuro-Endocrinology Dr. Bosquez absolutely has help me and two of my loved ones. After seeing one of my loved ones suffer from depression for close to 20 years Dr. Bosquez was quickly able to get her on an even balance and help remove any thoughts of suicide which had torture her for close to 35 years. My own diagnoses was eye opening and I knew right away that the many specialists I had sought help from were blinded by their focus to their own specialty while Dr. Bosquez pegged a whole system issue that each of the specialists had missed. Thank you Dr. Bosquez. You have made a huge difference for me and my two loved ones. As a patient of yours I can trust that you see my wholeness and can address multiple issues... I wish you could be my PCP because with your attention to detailed, yet broad understanding of the brain, organs and glands interactions, it is amazing how fast you had me feeling truly well!

Provided by YP.comI read all of your reviews and some of them were quite scary, though in comparison to the local mental health facility..I doubt very serious that it could be all that bad. Because I believe that if she were that bad then she wouldn't be in practice. I believe in going into
another psychiatrist should be viewed optimistically. Don't load her down with negativity and try not to have some kind outcome expectancy. She is after all a licensed Doctor. For this reason alone you should have some respect.
However; if she is all that bad then I'll will soon see. Cause I am transferring to her practice for several reasons. Shes private, not mainstream, she's female, and she's probably not at all like you say.
Sorry, ...it didn't work out for you... but I plan to make this work cause I am running out of options.
