I had a surge from a lightning strike, I had an older control panel and pump fried. It took some time to schedule but I am really happy with the service. I would definitely use them again.

After rushing home to meet this guy, I spent over an hour of my time, listening to all the wonderful things this owner could do with my pool.He said the estimate would be ready the next morning--except he never even did one. After calling to ask about it, four days later, the office could find no record of him even being at my house.

Creepy person--strange way of doing business.

I met Daniel in a local pool store. I explained my 85 yr old father is needing to have his plaster, tile, deck re-done in order to prepare to sell his home. Daniel contacted my Dad, was very polite & professional to this WWII veteran, answered all questions, suggested ways to save money while accomplishing all needs, came back for final changes and won the bid over 3 other companies. The work commenced today. I too am a business owner and appreciate Monster's professionalism. We look forward to seeing the completed job.

I am the owner and I upset at the fact this person isn't even a customer and they write a bad review if there is ever a problem at anytime I personally handle the situation to keep my customers happy. Daniel

Never use them nothing but problems. Lazy and rude. Pool aways looks terrible and very expenive. Every time they come out it is a differnt day, even came during my sons birthday party to clean. Wanted me to clean pool and filter before they came out each week, why pay them? Also something wrong everytime that they could fix for at least $400 dollars everytime. New guy came today and could not be I was paying for pool service they put so much shock in pool he said it would eat the bottom of my pool. DO NOT USE
