The facility is nice, but the staff DOES NOT answer the phone, which I find unsettling considering the 4 and up age group does not have to be accompanied by an adult and should their be an emergency where the parent needs to contact the facility - THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I called numerous times over a two day period to enroll my daughter into the classes and never reached anyone. This bothers me because they just opened, hopefully this concern being brought front and center will provide change and they will provide better customer service and stay on top of the phone calls.
