Currently, Pastel Gourmet Venezuela owns and operates two factories (one in Venezuela and another one in Florida), two retail stores in Venezuela, and has licensing agreements with 10 independent franchisees. In January 2015, Pastel Gourmet Texas LLC, a subsidiary of Pastel Gourmet Venezuela, opened its doors in Spring, Texas as part of an expansion plan in the US that began with its first storefront in Doral, Florida in 2008. Our goal is to service Houston's growing demand for an ethnic eating experience "with an eclectic menu that will broaden our appeal to customers who are on the hunt for a healthy meal for breakfast or lunch at the right price."
