Best bakery ever. Old fashioned, delicious cakes!!!

RJ Goodies is a fabulous bakery. Their birthday cakes with butter cream icing are the best! All of the individual deserts are great too! I would highly recommend you getting any desserts from them. Looking forward to my next RJ Goodies cake!

Their cakes are so delicious. Just get the white cake with butter cream icing, and you will be so happy.

Has been our go to place for specialty baked goods for years. No matter what we order special requests etc this place delivers every time. Nothing artificial here.

Be sure to call and request your cake in advance, especially around holidays as they stop taking orders when they have reached capacity and will usually not be able to provide you with a cake with only a few days notice.

I like their peanut butter brownies, and their Texas sheet cake. I have also eaten lunch here a few times. Their 'hot chick' sandwich is one of my favorites, and their food is always fresh, their bread always soft, it's just good quality food.

I love RJ Goodies! The staff are so helpful and kind and the cakes taste amazing! I was beyond impressed with my daughters Barbie cake I ordered from them. It was huge, tasty, and a great price! It's my favorite bakery!

Great service, friendly people happy in their jobs, nice and accommodating owners, GREAT desserts. The lemon bars, sheet cakes (especially the swirl cake) are fantastic and the cherry pie was excellent. They are preparing all of the desserts for our son's wedding!!!! Highly recommend this establishment.

Everything in this bakery is delicious from the cakes & desserts to the lunch they serve. They have the best chicken salad sandwich in Spring. If you eat or get your desserts here you will always leave happy!

I love RJ Goodies. I think their chocolate cake with buttercream frosting is the best of the best. I order their cakes every year for my kid's birthdays and am never disappointed. You can give them a theme and they will make a work of art--seriously cute cakes and delicious to boot. How often does that happen?

I've been going to this bakery for over 15 years. When my mom and I want a "mommy date," we head to RJ's. When there's a birthday in the family, we order the cake from RJ's. Excellent Texas Sheet Cake and cupcakes! Staff like family!

My family has gotten our cakes here for years & we always love them. Their food is also delicious! One of my favorite places to stop by when I'm in Spring.

RJ Goodies cakes are my idea of heaven. They are the standard to which I hold all other cakes. They are so super wonderfully sugary. We always order an RJ Goodies cake for family birthdays. They always are decorated to perfection.

This is one of the best desert/ lunch places i have ever stepped foot in. The service is great, the cakes are great, the atmosphere is just GREAT. I've been going there for years and they've never disappointed me. The lady with the red in her hair has always done an AMAZING job on our cakes. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!!!!!

RJ Goodies has THE BEST cakes and cupcakes in Houston and beyond. Moist and flavorful and always fresh. The past several birthday parties I have attended as well as casual evenings with friends, the cakes and deserts have been from RJ Goodies and have been a big hit. No crumbs or frosting left on the plates with these delicious deserts. I also highly recommend their lunch salads and rolls. The service is friendly and fast. Clean and welcoming decor.

My aunt ordered birthday cake from this place. It was soooo good, and the people who work there were very sweet like the cakes they make.

We got my daughter's birthday cake from RJ Goodies and it was amazing! We got the big rectangular cake that feeds 12-16 people and it was only about $30 despite being homemade-level-yummy and custom decorated by request: "Star Wars, but girlie." :) I'm ordering my friend's birthday cake from them too to feed 8 people and it's only costing $14! And like I said, their cakes are so good. I highly recommend vanilla cake with butter cream frosting :) I'm eager to try their restaurant!

I stopped by R J Goodies for the first time yesterday and I was very impressed by how many ready made desserts they had available--cupcakes, sheet cakes, round cakes, cookies, brownies. So much to choose from! I bought a round chocolate cake with butter cream frosting and it was delicious. I did let the cake sit out for a little bit after I got home because I'm not a fan of that cold, refrigerated cake taste but after it "thawed" out a little it was really really good. I would definitely go back and try more of their desserts. And they had a nice dine in area for lunch too.
