Provided by YP.comI called to verify if they took competitor's coupons (it says they do on their website) for vehicle inspections. The guy I talked to said yes. I drove all the way there and the girl at the desk refused to take it. Even after I told her that I called, she refused. So I just left without getting my car inspected. I don't like being lied to and will never go there again for any reason.

Provided by YP.comI have been going here for years. To start with the lube shop is very professional. When either of my vehicles is in the bay i don't have to worry about anything. They have found leaks and broken equipment from other repair shops or other lube shops on that rare occasion that I go somewhere else. They also keep a very good record of a maintenance done to my vehicle and remind me ahead of time when i have a flush or other maintenance coming up. There is never any tricking you into buying services you dont need. The managers Will and Sergio are very knowledgeable about most vehicles and if they dont know something they do their best to figure is out. It is hard to get service like this anymore. The car wash is great. When you drive by don't get discouraged at the long line it moves quickly (much quicker than aqua on 242). Once it makes it out of the carwash there is a detailer on it. Any (rare) time I have seen a problem there Kevin (manager) or one of the other managers is not hard to find and they are very polite even when some of the customers are being extremely rude and disrespectful. They work at a very efficient pace the only time they stop is when they are waiting on people that aren't paying attention to come get their finished car. The ladies working behind the counter are very polite and have always taken care of me even when i lose my ticket. All around good job to everyone at rainbow car care. Some People just will never be happy or are looking to get free services that only slows down the decent customers that are more than willing to pay for services rendered. This business has been around for as long as i can remember and has been packed with cars on anyday its not raining there can only be one reason for this and thats good service.

Provided by YP.comI have been to this carwash several times in the past and each time I have received bad service. You would think I would learn but hope springs eternal that they will get better. This time they had four vehicles that were behind me come thru and finish before they even put mine thru to wash. I drive a Honda CRV and it just needed a wash and vaccum. It was not that dirty. They did not vaccum the back seat, left water spots on the windows, did not clean the console, did no wipe down the outside mirrors and it took them 45 minutes to do a half-@@&## job and I was charged an extra $1.00 since I drive a SUV. Even though it's no bigger than the cars that were going thru. Unfortunately I didn't have time to make them reclean it since I was on my lunch hour. Wanna throw your money away???? Just go to this carwash...they will be happy to oblige and will give you continuously BAD service. I WON'T BE GOING BACK AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD!
