As with any "IT" company. Review your bill, and check the work being done to make sure the "IT" company did not cause the issue and are trying to make a fast 110.00\hr. Take a close look at who you do biz. with. Are they reputable? Are they doing biz. out of their garage or do the actually have an address? Multiple address and names are a give away that something is fishy. Check out ANY "IT" company before you trust them with your data. Do they drug test their employees? are they bonded?
