Provided by YP.comon March 6th we ordered a repalcement awning for our R V for $314.00 + tax and frieght. We recieved the awning and it was the wrong size, we contacted Mike and he said oh no problem we will get the right one in. Now they are telling us on April 10th to bad you bought it you own it. There is no note on our reciept that says not refunds or exchanges, even if it were our fault. They have the awning and our cash. They are blaming us. If you do business with this company beware. It's a shame that as hard as some of us work to provide customer service that there are those that don't care about their customers. Shame on you Spring Cypress R V. Tom and Patty

> You can pick up the unit Monday-Saturday. If you pick up between 9am-12pm, you will need to return the unit between 9am-12pm. If you pick up the unit between 12pm-4pm, you will need to return the unit between 12pm-4pm. All Saturday pick ups and returns are between 10am-2pm. No pick-ups or drop-offs on Sundays.
