My experience with Spring Family Clinic has been a complete nightmare. Have tests done, fast forward three weeks and no call. You will call then and be told they will not communicate tests results via phone and that you will have to make another appointment. You will yell at any number of their incompetent staff, be transferred to numerous random departments, hung up on if they even answer. this will go on for several weeks before the doctor or nurse gets on the phone. After this horrible experience I did some investigating on this Dr. and I read she bills around 120% more Medicaire claims than other doctors. My opinion is that she is a sham running a sham operation.
This was just my nightmare with test results, then the EOB from insurance came.... More yelling, more transfers, more dropped calls, more taking down your number with promises to call, more incompetence, months passing with no actual bill being sent. Today I was finally able to speak with a coordinator who told me my balance was being changed to $0 and he would send a receipt right away. Granted, it has only been four hours but I suspect the nightmare with this place is not over.
