Horrible hair experience. Received highlights & cut. My highlights did not go all the way to my hair root. So, I had white vertical stripes on the sides of my head, & little circles of white through the top portion of my hair. My hair cut was just as bad. The lady who did my hair had previously cut my hair & I told her I wanted a trim. She asked if she could add a few more layers & I agreed. While she was doing my hair she was doing other things, like answering the phone, she did another hair cut, she consulted another customer about her highlights. When I got home the right side of my hair had a lot more layers than the left side. I went to another salon the next day & they had to cut my shoulder length hair to chin length to try and even it out. I waited a while on the color but finally did my own color at home. I complained and was given a full refund and an apology, but my hair is still A LOT SHORTER than it was when I walked in this salon that day. I will never go back.
