I have lived in my home for a long time. Star Realty is the best landlord I have ever had. The previous company was very bad. I like Star Realty.

It was a very smooth process dealing with this realty company to get in my town home. The office personnel were helpful and friendly, even maintenance...



However, the problem is my apartment itself. It looked clean when I came to view before signing my lease, but when I moved in, it was a different story. The apartment was clean, but not move-in clean. There was dirt residue left from previous owners, on the side of my stove was old food residue/grease from previous owner, there were smudge in a few parts of my apartment. There was a mold/water spot in my bathroom, both my bathtubs were missing draining rings (one was rusted, the other had lime buildup), there was a brown hard building under the rims of my toilets and my dishwasher and refrigerator had roaches in them.



Also, my dishwasher did not work and my air conditioning vent in my bedroom was broken (vents coming off). The most annoying thing, my upstairs neighbor's air conditioner causes a loud, interrupting disturbance in my master bedroom. It sounds as if the noise is in my room itself and the noise circulates on an off as their air conditioner does. I have requested it to be fixed for 4 weeks now, and no one has been sent to repair.



With all this, it seems I am just a complainer, but I promise that is not the case. As I resident, I have a right to have my apartment cleaned before moving in (not cleaning up the previous owner's dirt). This review is not reflective upon the people I dealt with, they are very nice (all of them) but I am dealing with issues that should never be, or resolved before I move in.

I just wanted the world to know that this company is fantastic and really cares about the tenant. Most management companies do not care and just collect rent. Star Realty, Inc. really wants you to feel like family. I recommend all my family and friends to them. I just wanted to add that whoever is reporting false and negative results are just false and wrong!

Mark Kallus is a fantastic Owner who really helps the investor make wise decisions. Mark helps the Owner over tenant selections, contractor's repairs and makes the rental business a great one to be in today's times.

I've have dealt with other management companies and they offer superior service compared to the others I have tried.

Not sure who is trying to slander this company, but I have been to several websites and it seems that the reviewer's name keeps changing. This company has helped me make a lot of money over the last four years. Mark Kallus is a fantastic Owner and the staff has been nothing but professional and caring to both our needs as an Owner and the tenant's needs as a resident.

I am a very hard working investor who needs someone I can trust and will look out my my bet interest. Star Realty, Inc. does just that! The entire staff treats my homes like it was their own.

This is an exceptional company that really takes care of their properties! Anytime we have a problem they are there to help.

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt the need to promote this company. They have performed beyond my expectations and have made my real estate investments a huge part of my retirement. Mark Kallus - (Owner) is very smart in his approach to situations. He has a lot of experience and has been very beneficial to be on my side. Thank you Star Realty, Inc.!!!
