I have been going to this salon for over a year now and have never encountered any problems with any of the stylists or have even seen them act like brats. Most of the people I see who come in there that seem to have the problems, are the ones who have problems themselves. BUT every time I see a conflict, the stylist is always the ones to keep their cool. Unlike the customers who like to raise hell. Also, they do not over charge. If you get quoted something, (which does mean an estimate) and with something you want to add on or even something you forgot to tell them on the phone, of course they will charge you more!! Before you agree with the negative people, sit back and think about how out of line some of them sound. Studio L is an amazing place! And anyone who passes up the opportunity to go there is making a mistake.

The service here is AMAZING! I get my hair done here every time WITHOUT question! All of the stylists are amazing and very talented! Prices are great, expecially for the talent/experience that the stylists have. The owner is always there to attend to the salon and always has a positive attitude in everything that she does. I have gone to other salons in the past and went home crying because I didn't get the service I expected. This salon is by far the best one in The Woodlands/Spring area! Since the stylists are all INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS they all have different prices depending on the service, but not one is over priced at any means. All in all I would give this salon an A++ (:

I loved this place and I will defiantly be coming back! The service was great, the people working there were very friendly, and the price for what I needed was affordable! Loved it!

Josie is AMAZING, and if it wasnt for her I would go running from Studio L too. The other stylists were rude and overcharged the quoted price. They then acted childish and threatened to call the police unless paid their new decided price. Caused a huge drama on a wedding day and made the bride cry. Josie is the best and the bride looked beautiful thanks to her but steer clear of some of the other brats they have, working there.....

My rating is NOT for the salon but for a wonderful Hair Stylist that has a chair there.



This lady is the best in what she does, treats her clients with respect and is such a sweat heart!!! If it wasn't for this gem of a stylist I wouldn't set foot in this place!

They have TERRIBLE customer service. My hair came out frizzy and they still tried to make me pay more then the quoted price. Also the owner was extremely rude!



Worst of all they stalked me and left a note on my car after I paid the original quoted price.... Scary

Tried to overcharge on a simple service for more than $30 dollars over the quoted that was not even completed well. Was rude, non-accomodating and made my friend cry. What kind of salon makes you cry!? Also, doesn't take credit cards and expected me to have cash or check. This place is run by idiots.

Got quoted one thing.. After it was done.. The owner tried to make us pay more.. And the up do's were okay not the best.. Supercutes would have done better..
