older lady that worked there looked at us like there was a problem we were going to buy nothing get out the boy that was that helped us we got there an hour before it closed and he had an attitude because he wouldn't get to go home yetonly thing good there was the heavy set guy he was nice

Not sure why the bad reviews. Bought an item and they even let us leave it at the store for two weeks until we were able to pick it up. Plan to buy a few more items soon.

I don't know why the previous reviews are negative. We had an absolutely fantastic experience! We were in a total of 4 times - twice to browse and ask questions, once to ask more questions and order a few things, once to pay off balance and look at other items. Every time - and I mean EVERY time - the staff was helpful, courteous and knew their stuff. If they didn't know an answer they got one immediately. They did a special order for us and advised as to stain options and ideas, items arrived exactly when they said they would and were undamaged. Shannon even gave us his cell number to call him so he could squeeze our order on one they'd placed earlier that day. Then, at the last minute, we decided to have them deliver and they got that done same day, the guys put the table together, even helped put our old one on my husband's truck so we could take it to Goodwill. The prices were great and the pieces seem to be of really good quality (only had them 2 days - I'l try to update in a few months). Highly, highly recommend them! (And no, I'm not affiliated with the store!)

Customer service is terrible. We had damaged product and they never followed up to give us the product that we returned. After 1 year, we still don't have the furniture! We liked the furniture t first but it doesn't come looking the same and the lady blames you when you complain. She is very rude. Do not purchase from here!

Great quality furniture! Very unique, well built, and pleasing to the eye. Be warned however, if you have the expectation of receiving your furniture in a timely manner, do not purchase from The Rustic Mile. Our furniture took over 7 weeks to arrive and we received no discernable level of customer service as to the reason for delay. There was also a minor issue with a piece of custom furniture that I had to alter myself as the store refused to correct their ordering mistake. They also refused to correct slight damage to one of the pieces citing that we can get our own touch up kit and repair THEIR damaged piece of delivered furniture. If I pay $$$, I expect a level of service to match the quality of the furniture. They have a couple of good employees who are knowledgable and willing to help, but the manager Cheryl is an absolute piece of work. She is rude, argumentative, and manipulative. She is the epitomy of what a manger should NOT be. If you really like the furniture this store carries, you may want to seek other distributors who place value of satisfying their customers. This particular store does not.

When we 1st walked in I got the stare down yet I was told if I need anything to ask. Looked around, had questions. Asked the man if I could get some help. The lady who help us sounded like she was on something because she talked very fast to point that we could not understand what she said. She then walked away. We had to call her back to answer more questions. I guess we were not dress like we had money because we did not get the good quality customer service. The sad part is my husband and I really loved the dining table and were ready to buy it. My husband said he would never shop in a place were the customer has to hunt down an employee to get some good help.
