UPDATE: 08/20/2018 Wow, what a turn-around for this company's customer service since my first review last year, each time I have went to their office in the last 6 months to make a payment they have been extremely quick. Today I went and there was 2 people ahead of me, one couple at the payment window and another at the new service window, a very nice lady came out to take my payment so I did not have to wait, I was there less than 5 minutes. I was so pleased today I had to update my review, which sometimes I am bad at doing. Still believe we are paying too much for water, and why is our sewer charge more than our water charge? Plus our annual MUD charge is way, way too high. But this review is on the company's customer service, which has drastically improved and is rare now a days.

11/20/2017: This is not our first MUD company we have dealt with but it is the worse one. First at hand, they are over priced for the service they provide. Cannot say anything bad about the water or the pressure, both are good. It is just the management of this company. As mentioned by others, their customer service reminds me of how postal and government use to be, yet some government branches has not changed like DMV Driver's License offices. Point being, if you have to go to their office, it has been extremely slow each time we went. Plan to spend time looking at everything in their small lobby a few hundred times. Last gripe, every month, our checks (yes we are old school) don't clear for several weeks (sometimes 3 weeks), while all others mailed same day clear immediately, they are only a few miles from our house, more proof of how slow this company is. What is sad with companies like this is we are stuck with them and they know it.

Company not picking up the phone, not returning our phone calls or emails!! We are here without water trying to survive at home with the great flood not having to leave home at this time - having no answers from this company!! While the city of Houston does have water, it's stupid to have to leave the safety of our home because no one from the company can go and check/fix our water problem with large trucks and specialty vehicles!!
