Provided by YP.comI am extremely disappointed with Dr. Webb and the poor customer service. I will never take my pets here again because I can’t trust that the services performed are really in the best interest of my pet. There is also a lack of transparency about communicating the need for and the cost of services BEFORE they are performed.
When I dropped my cat off for dental cleaning I signed a form authorizing the cleaning. Later I got a call from Dr. Webb saying that she extracted two small teeth because there were large cavities in them, and how much pain my poor cat must have been in. When I got to the office I asked for an itemized invoice (which they only do if you ask them to). The bill was $405 for the cleaning, $130 for x-rays, $84 for the extractions/sutures, and $106.78 for pain medicine. I said that I was displeased that $320.78 of work was performed without my permission. He said he would get someone to talk to me. The vet tech brought out a tablet to show me the before and after pictures. The teeth that were removed did not look any different than the others. I asked why exactly they got pulled. She left saying that she would go get the doctor. Eventually she returned saying Dr. Webb “was in the middle of an emergency surgery” and wouldn’t be able to see me. I had been waiting for 40 minutes, did not see anyone come in, and even heard the receptionist turn away an emergency case over the phone. This was extremely unprofessional.
I asked to see the X-rays. Each tooth had a barely noticeable dot on them. These “small teeth with large painful cavities” were actually large teeth with tiny dots that might be cavities. I said I would not have approved these extractions if I had been informed. The tech pulled out the paperwork I had signed that morning. It is basically a waiver that states that it is at the doctor’s discretion to perform services. Apparently the doctor can perform services regardless of the level of need or expense to the client.

Provided by YP.comIf there were more stars I would choose them. I was looking for an animal hospital to take my baby to that would have a great vet and staff and that wouldn't rip me off. My little girl was sick and I knew I would have to put her down soon. Not a good time to be in the market for a vet. When I went there for the first time, Dr. Webb saw my baby and did a thorough exam. She very gently told me the bad news. She didn't give me false hope or try to get more money out of me. She was very kind and considerate to not only me but my dog too. The staff was amazing and very kind and understanding. Dr. Webb gave me some medicine to give to my dog and told me to check back after a few days. Well I, of course, forgot because I was so caught up with my dog and making excuses for the inevitable. So she called me to check in on my baby and myself. I have NEVER had a vet do that and I thought that was the best. So when I made my appointment to put my dog down the girls at the front explained everything to me. I told them that I wanted to be with my baby and hold her during the process. When I got there, they took myself, my baby girl, sister and my mother into the room. when we walked in, they already had a mat and blanket down on the ground for my dog and I. When all three of us and my dog were on the floor, the staff and Dr. Webb were completely understanding and worked around ALL of us. I am sure that wasn't easy. They gave me all the time I needed and not once rushed me and my last bit of time with my sweet girl. When it was done, I sat outside the room and one of the the staff came over to me and gave me the best big hug. The next day my door bell rang and I opened the door to a delivery guy. He was there with a rose and vase with a card from the animal hospital giving me their condolences. I could not have found a better place and a better group of people to help me through such a heartbreaking time. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!! I will definitely be going to them with my next dog, without a doubt. Thank you soooooo much True Comanpion!! You will always have a special place in my heart.
