Provided by YP.comI had an apple desktop, laptop and iPad all had a virus. I called Apple and was told to make an appointment and it would take about six weeks for the work to be completed. best buy was not any better. Make an appointment and we will see how long it will take to fix them. I was referred to Uz Tech Computers and within two day the items were fixed. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this business.

Provided by YP.comI was immediately greeted by a young man who examined my computer and fixed it within 5 minutes. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He identified the problem immediately and fixed it and would not accept payment because it only took five minutes. That is a first. Yes, the lobby was a bit messy but who cares. There were several customers there and they were also singing praises for UZ Tech Computers. I will definitely come back

I have had a very good experience with this company. They are always very kind and very helpful and know what they are doing. I notice they have a lot of business going on there even though the store is small they have a lot repeat business. This is the second I have used them and they always do what they say they will do and then some. So I will always recommend them to everyone I know that has any computer problems.

When you first walk into this store, the first thing you notice is the OUTSTANDING clutter. Almost no room to walk if more than 1 customer is inside. The front counter is covered with computer/tv items and I had a hard time trying to find a spot to lay my laptop.
I took my laptop in because there was a rattling sound. I was told it would take about one hour and they would call me. After 3 hours and not receiving a call I went to see if they were done. I picked up my computer and returned home only to find that there was still a rattling sound. TRIP #2, they "forgot" to replace a part and did not screw something back in place. They complete this item as I waited. I returned home to find that the keys were sticking and looking closer they keyboard was not reinstalled correctly, also some cushion pads were missing. TRIP #3 I returned to have them correct their mistakes and I was asked if I have cats or dogs. He stated that the keyboard was full of animal hairs, he showed me 2 hairs. When my computer was brought back to me they showed me new pad they replaced. The new pad was much smaller than the pad that had been on my computer. I took my computer and as I was packing up the computer the owner wanted to "explain" the pad issue. I packed up my computer and left. When I arrived home I had a message from the tech guy stating that they had not replaced the screws on my computer. TRIP #4 upon entering the shop again the first thing he noticed was the once again missing pads that they had not attached correctly and stated, " what did you do with the pad". Well, they finally replaced the screws they forgot to replace.
I do not know if he uses the same attitude and tone of voice with everyone, but I found it irritating to be talked down to.
