Provided by YP.comGreedy, condescending, and they attempt to guilt you into unnecessary procedures. Animals are certainty not their priority. Save your money and blood pressure by taking your pets elsewhere.

Provided by YP.comThis vet is all about the following: Guilt, Greed, Incompetence and
Lies
Having tried to argue a high priced and over blown diagnosis for my cat they poured on the big guilt trip. I walked out, went down the street to another vet and saved a ton of money.

Provided by YP.comI have taken dogs to this practice since it opened. The entire staff is knowledgeable and caring. When I recommend this practice to others, I state it is like taking your pet to the Medical Center downtown if they were a person! Your pet receives the best possible care. My current dog broke her front paw last fall. Rather than put her leg in a cast and cause strain on her other legs weakened by arthritis, the vet recommended crating her for 6 weeks. My Internet searches indicated that the current belief of the best treatment for dogs with her condition is total rest. So, it is not all about the money as the other reviews state. Putting her leg in a cast would have been much more expensive than crating her. I cannot begin to describe how much confidence I have in the staff at this practice. All my beloved pets have received the best possible care that I felt prolonged their lives and provided a good quality of life. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Provided by YP.comI had the same experience at this clinic as the other two reviewers. Their major concern was strictly the money and, when I told them I could not pay that amount, they insisted that I give them postdated checks. I paid these people $800.00 in two visits for basically not much of anything. My dog didn't have surgery or anything like that--she had a thyroid condition and the blood test cost over $100.00 in addition to the office visit, etc. I have changed Vets and the cost of the same bloodwork is $27.00 plus $10.00 for an office visit. Not only did they charge a load of money, the Vet kept pushing for my dog to have hip surgery because she will 'probably' have problems with her hind legs during her lifetime and he believes in preventative medicine. He had other preventative medicine suggestions for her as well. I told him I would deal with that if and when it happened. I was shocked at his suggestions.

Provided by YP.comI thought I was reading my review when I happen to go into Annie's review of Spring Animal Clinic. I had a very similar experience and I can also say their charges are so over the top and only the vet's attitude is worse. I believe he is the most pompous individual I have come across in some time. I cannot believe I did not say very much to him at the time.
I went in on a Saturday asking for a heart worm check for my 16+ year old dog, that is all I wanted. They charged me 48.50 for exam and consultation (which I did not ask for) and another 48.85 for looking at some blood through a microscope which did not tell them anything, although it turned out that my dog does have heartworms. They failed to mentioned that their look through the microscope would cost me $ 48.85. The total cost was over $140 and then I had to call them a few times to get the results. At that time, I mentioned to the vet I thought their charges were a little high and he told me in a very condescending way that those charges were on the low scale of their services. What a complete jerk.
I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Provided by YP.com$48 office visits. In house labs are very expensive as well ($48.50 for a brief look under the microscope). Pushes the prescription dog food BIGTIME which costs $71 perbag. I was referred to as cheap because I couldn't afford the $400 bill and the close to $200 month in medicine and food to keep my dogs allergies under control. The $200 per month would be the amount it would cost per the vet's opinion to keep my dogs allergies under control for the rest of the dogs life. I've never been to such an expensive vet and one that could be such a pompous jerk as well.
