We have been using Viking ever since Hurricane Ike. After finally having power restored to our house one of our a/c units would not work. We called 3 different a/c companies to tell us what was wrong and an estimate on repairs. The first 2 told us the unit was not repairable and they just happened to have units back at their warehouse that they could give us a good deal on. Dave from Viking came and looked at it. He said there is a switch on the unit that helps the unit not freeze up north. Since our winters are nothing like what they are up north, he disconnected that switch and the unit is still working with no problems. Dave still comes to our house for check ups on the units and he came this week to make a repair to our other unit. The final bill came to be $75 less than what he originally estimated. We have recommended Viking to many of our friends.

They called me quickly. They were upfront and honest about all repairs. They cared about me and my family.

You can't go wrong with this company. They are quick to respond, fairly priced, and after using them for 15 years plus, I've never had a complaint with them. They are customer service oriented and Dave has been the man to my house for the last 15 years plus. No turnover like most companies which tells volumes about the company.
