Provided by YP.comMy husband and I have been going to Christine for 6+ years. We started with her at Willowbrook Mall and transferred to Visible Changes The Woodlands when she went there. We love Christine and love how she puts her all into everything she does. She lets us know that she truly cares about us. She's a great stylist, and we consistently get great haircuts. It's easy to see why she's top notch in her field.

Provided by YP.comI was so sorry to hear about people who had bad experiences. I have gone to visible changes for over 20 years, and most of my experience has been good. As with any salon, it all depends on the stylist. I have had issues with getting someone different than expected from time to time. Some stylists are priced correctly for their skill level, others are overpriced. I am specific about what I want and if it is not done right (color for example) I ask for a do over. I am happy now with my colorist and stylist, and my daughter has had good experiences. As the population ages Visible Changes needs to think about some of their choices in music and atmosphere.

Provided by YPmobileI made an appointment for today went in had ny hair shampooed and conditioned and my appointment was with Emily instead some Hispanic guy with a Mohawk came up when I was seated at his chair. He barely even asked what I wanted done before he started violently brushing my hair. I have thick curly hair so I am not tender headed but he was pulling my hair where he pulled out my hair. I told him he was hurting me and he didn't care. Then someone else walked up and they were talking in Spanish, but obviously his next appointment so I asked. And it was. This was after he had told me he was going to cut my hair after he blew dried it, I have thick curly hair you can't do that it will be uneven. So I waited until my hair was dry then walked up to the front desk and said thanks for nothing and walked out. I can't choose what hair god gave me. You think my hair is a pain I have to live with it. I will not tolerate being treated horribly because my hair takes longer, I told the person on the phone when I made the appointment that I have five heads of hair. This place is the worst salon I have ever been to stay away. They don't know what they are doing and my scalp is sore.

Provided by YP.comSo I go in for a trim on my long hair. Asked for their top stylist and they booked me with their "Styling Director" of 20+ years. The charge with her will be $64 bucks, i'm ok with that because she has alot of experience....right? Well to start off a salon assistant (with very bad appearance and poor hygiene) comes over to shampoo my hair before the stylist see's me. I requested FIRST to get a consultation with the stylist before wetting my hair.......you would think right?? So I consult with the "Styling Director", Aun, and I show her I want face framing layers in the front that blend in, not blunt a blunt cut. Ok she uderstood so I proceeded to get shampooed. Low and behold the grungy looking assistance tells me I have to pay for my conditioner......what!!! R U kidding me, how tacky is that! $3, $4 or $6 for more moisture....Ha! They charge for something so essential, especially to womens hair?! What's next, charge for flipping through your outdated magazines? To make a long story short, Aun F-up'ed my hair.....yup f-up'ed! So much for a Styling Director with 20+ years. The face framing layers was tunred into a chopped-blunt chunk of hair that hits right about my eyes....go any shorter and you might as well give me chopped bangs. This place is full of sh** and everyone in their are a bunch of wannabe's. Did I pay?....hell no....F-u!
P.S. instead of blow drying your hair (as it should be), they'll flat iron your hair and charge $16 dollars.....bull crap! Obviously they don't have enough talent to do a nice blow dry using a round brush and will cheat with a flat iron!
