Rude Customer Service from Employee & Owner

Ordered a piece of furniture. Was told I'd get it delivered in "less than a week.". So far, it's been OVER a week. Had to call a couple of times to get updates on my purchase. They took NO initiative to contact me to inform me of the delays. Talking to two different males, with absolutely No Professionalism or Customer Service etiquette. Owner was also condescending and wouldn't allow me to finish talking. STILL WAITING ON MY FURNITURE TO ARRIVE!!!
