My recommendation is to stay clear of A-1 Tax and Financial Services. The owner's level of service is highly unprofessional. In 2011, I sought the services of A! tax services for the completion of my return. It was not done on time and my calls were not returned. When I finally reached the owner by calling from another phone, she claimed she had filed an extension, but she failed to provide the proof that she had done so. Weeks after the April 15th deadline, my taxes were not done. Consequently, I asked for the return of my documents, but the owner decided to hold them hostage until I pay $75 for ransom. Can you image paying $75 for taxes that were never completed?
