I went in for an eye exam so I could get contacts. I had an appointment but was still made to wait about an hour while the receptionist (she had no clue wtf she was doing) wasting some poor agent's time over with phone with dumb questions that I had ALL the answers to on my insurance app. I also had my insurance ID number that this idiot couldnt find anywhere. After about an hour I got called in and then had to wait another hour for the receptionist to clear things with insurance. Basically, she wanted to charge me $40 on top of what my insurance was paying. I got fed up and finally left without my prescription that was not even offered to me. I emailed later asking for it and it took them two days to send that by email. When asked for an invoice after they kept begging for the $40, I was told they dont send out invoices. They stopped pestering me after that because I obviously didnt owe them anything to begin with. This place sells ghetto brands and the office smelled like a sewer. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
