I'm only give it a 1 b/c I have to rate unfortunately. Please make sure the item you buy is what you want and is not opened because you will get a hard time for doing an exchange. The receipt states one thing while the sales clerk does another. I was referred by a beautician to go there. She said if I go there I would get a discount and they did not HONOR that... they told me she should of called. After being rung up and telling the cashier I did not get it. I had to return and all he could do was give me a store credit. He should've of been honest and said he could not do it but was instead more concerned about a sale. I will not be purchasing from there anymore. Thank goodness there are more beauty supply stores in the area.
