Worst service ever and we called to discuss with the owner he hung up three different times. Our dog has not been able to lift his tail after this terrible experience we should have checked the reviews before taking him there.

I wish I would have read the reviews on here before. I agree with Kerri and Alexis on the reviews. I took both of my dogs in here and one he cut the nails so short, she got blood all over my new car, then when we got home she ran into the bedroom and got blood all over the white carpets. I was cleaning for hours after I finally got my dogs nails to stop bleeding.

When watching them get cleaned the guy sprayed both of the dogs in the face like noted and didn't really care much about them shaking out of control. I will never be back here. I would like a refund, 95 dollars is not something I should have paid for this chaos.

I am absolutely disgusted with my experience. I have been sick to my stomach and in tears over what the male employee there did to my dog. This place should get 0 stars. I wish I could post pictures of my dog's paws to show everyone how butchered he is! I did not even let the man finish. After 3 paws were done, I noticed blood everywhere and I told him we were leaving. Half of the nails he trimmed were way too deep. And I am not talking about just nicking the nail quick. I am talking about totally chopping off entire nail beds! My dog has been crying constantly and can't even sleep because of the pain! To say I am upset is an understatement. I want this place shut down, today!

Horrible! I took my dog there and the woker was rude and spayed my dog in the fash with the high pressure hose! My dog was crying and the worker act like it was normal. The place is a horrible place to take your pet! When I enter the place there was pee everywhere the worker just wiped it up with a dirty rag that was soaked in pee. Plus my dog doesn't even smell good he smells like a wet dog so I had to give him another bath after a paid 25$ for it already!

We have used this shop in both locations for well over 10 years. The owner is highly engaged in dog rescue and care. Granted, sometimes it does get a little nutty there with the dogs running around, but frankly, no different than the dog park and our dogs enjoy the play. I'd like to see dogs running around Petsmart like they are allowed to there.



We have used both self-service and full-service and heck, for those who leave their dog just think of the free daycare you're getting.



Yes, sometimes it does smell like wet dog. It's a dog wash. What do you expect? I understand some dogs are very timid and can't handle the play and I have seen the employees work to control some of the dogs while they wait for the owner to return, which can be hours later.



While I do agree if you go later in the day the hot water is sometimes lacking. A larger hot water tank would be advisable. Otherwise, our dogs enjoy it and we'll keep going.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! not happy at all. took my dog in and was jumped by dogs barking and growling. the dogs tried biting and attacking my dog. lucky she is a puppy and took it in her stride. I went for the full service..... when I went back 2 hours later, they had not trimmed her hair and had cut one of her nails off which was bleeding everywhere. you go to a place to have your dogs washed, trimmed and made nice. not have them coming out bleeding! I don't understand how a business that only grooms dogs cant even het it right! I will be going to petsmart from now on as im sure they wont mess it up or hurt my dog.

If I could give this place less than 1 I would. We went today to wash our little dog today at the Springboro location. When we walked in nobody was out but 3 dogs came right on us one of which was growling and barking in a vicious manner to attack us which cause us to back into the desk knocking a printer over which was half hanging onto the desk to begin with. An unkempt man finally came out we picked our service. The water was cold. The blast of it scared my dog plus the dryer was so strong it nearly knocked my wife over let alone my dog. Fine whatever you live you; you learn I went to the car to wait for my wife to pay. When she comes out she is distraught. Apparently the man was nasty to her about the printer even though there whole place and desk was a mess and that printer was ready to jump down. He left the place unattended and his dogs were ready to pounce, somehow it is our fault his printer fell. My dog was shaking in fear and my wife was in tears. Frankly my wife had to talk me out of going back in there and giving him a piece of my mind. I usually am let things be and hardly complain but this place smelled bad it was dirty and we felt unwelcome the whole time. Run a business better.

I will not use this place again. Reason being... I have went 3 times to Springboro location. Every time I have not been able to walk in the door with my dogs because you get rushed by several dogs running loose in store. There was urine all over the floor. The tub barely has water and its always freezing cold. Last time I went I had to move my freezing dog from two tubs because the first two did not work. Will be looking for a new place to go.

My wife and I drove all the way from Lebanon arriving at 7:35 only to find the location closed. After getting home I checked the hours of operation and found out they are supposed to open until 8:00 pm. I'll think twice before going back if you can't depend on the place being open when we get there!

I would stay away from this owner. We walked in his Springboro store he was rude dirty and the place was filthy. He was so rude he even said some words to me in front of my kids. The folks in boro are correct stay away from the owner there are other reviews about him. Look in the mirror be ware of the owner not the dogs

I have told everyone about my new Groomer, Amy. She is the best I've ever had. Amy listened to me as I described how I like to have Bichon Abbie cut (I'm very picky about it) and did it perfectly. In fact she offered to let me stay and watch her work to make sure I was happy. No one else had ever offered that before, but I knew I could trust her. Thanks Amy, I now have a Groomer for life!
