Unreliable and inconsistent service. Over priced with a very tiny 15gb cap. The only guarantee by this company is multiple outages on a daily basis. The internet becomes unusable during peak hours between 5pm-12am. Customer service is sub par, and sometimes rude. We had a fire at the house a couple years ago which damaged wiring to the dish. We called them to see if they could come up here to replace and rewire all the melted cables for the usually $50 service fee. The women on the phone asked us why we couldn't just "do it ourselves". The only person that answers the phone will also give canned responses for every issue you will ever have. I've also had an odd issue where people have been added to my network as if we had a peer connection. I was able to view pics on a strangers computer that happened to be networked to me on my wired connection. They all seem to live within 5 miles of me based on their IP address. Dlux blamed it on my computer of course.

This company is the lousiest internet provider I've ever seen. Rude, no knowledge of tech support and reading from a standard script does not qualify as support.
Anyone who utilizes this nickel and dime operation are wasting their time and money. Incompetence in action!

Unprofessional, High Failure Rate, High Latency, Intermittent Internet Service Provider.

This is a mom & pop company that I've had both a private and corporate account, and both ended unprofessionally with Dlux refusing to provide support (including paid support), or even acknowledge there was a problem after I personally troubleshooted all of our equipment. Problems include high latency, intermittent interference, and worst of all complete failure of the connection. We attempted to work with them in deference to the expensive equipment purchase involved; however ultimately when our service requests were refused, we simply said if you don't provide a professional response for service we will be forced to utilize a celluar broadband service instead, to which we were given the reply "then why don't you." For the same $50.00 a month, we will take the cellular wireless that can go anywhere, over this company's purely static line of sight connection. If you are even remotely considering this company DON'T! You'd be better off with mobile broadband.
