Wish I could have rated this zero.
I'm disgusted. I bought a mattress for black Friday and paid extra to have it delievered. Three different days I was told it would be delivered on, never happened.
Went in there yesterday and "all sales final".
I DIDNT EVEN GET A MATTRESS AND YOU HAVE MY MONEY ALREADY. THAT'S NOT A SALE, IT IS ROBBERY.
YOU HAVE ROBBED MY FAMILY- MY MOTHER'S GIFT STOLEN.
DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
CON ARTISTS.
I'm now out hundreds of dollars.
And manager dodges us by phone and in person. Refuses to speak to us. Actually left the store because we showed up.

And I'm not the only one unfortunately. Look at yelp reviews and a news article. Mark Osborn robs us all blind and gets away with it. Speak out!!
