Provided by YP.comNot so good. Told me I had to bring my TV in. That this kind of problem was a "Shop Job" only.
Had it repaired by another shop (which was recommended to me by the store manager/ Mike, at Best Buy) they came out and repaired it at my home for about $100 less then Jim's estimate with me hauling it in!
