Driver hit my parked car then lied to insurance so they didn't have to pay. She lied twice saying the other car(with no one in it was backing out) then that I was backing out. My car was off & I was getting out.

I have used Luvi services for years and have never been left stranded. All the drivers I've rode with have been helpful and pleasant. Never had any issues with anyone being rude or having bad hygiene.

I have used this company for years and I am very happy with the service. I disagree with the mean spirited comments from that erianne person. Never rode with any rude or unhygenic drivers.

This company is by far the worst company I have come across!! stay away!! They are never on time, when the do drop off they never pick up their dispatch or office line & you have to go else where so you are stuck waiting hours wherever you may be. The dispatch lady "debra" is poor at hygiene, it always stinks of body odor in her van, not too mention she is the most rudest and unprofessional individual you will ever come across. two thumbs DOWN Luvi.
