Mike Healey was very professional. He was also informative and patient answering several of my questions. Having just signed a service contract I hope to have Mike continue to service our HVAC.

Arrived on time, Brian traced down our cooling issue quickly. Have used Paschals since 2007, they’ve always treated us fairly.

He found the problem quickly, had the part to fix it and performed the repair quickly. Price seemed more than fair.

Jesus Munoz was first class as indicated by the ratings. He very quickly assessed the conditions to successfully complete the needed work, then moved quickly to complete the work. Paschals provides their technicians with excellent, well-equipped vehicles that allows them to do their work efficiently. Also Paschals respond immediately when a problem occurs.

Yesterday Chuck came out to look at my furnace. He called first to check that I was home, arrived promptly & was very professional. He explained what he was working on in detail, answered all my questions & outlined my options for me. I’m very thankful to have someone with 27 years experience help me navigate this type of repair.

We have a Planned Maintenance Contract so a service tech comes out twice a year to ensure that our system is in good working order for the upcoming season.
