Friendly, virtuous, prompt, and economical

I had a problem with reinstalling IE 11 and overheating. Neither were fixed. Javier did no more than I did as a home user to fix the IE reinstall issue. He said he cleaned out the laptop and replaced the thermal paste. When I saw no different I opened up the laptop and saw that he lied to me, I went back wanting a refund. I was laughed it.
