Groomers do a nice job but management is seriously lacking, this place is a joke. Take your fur babies somewhere else and save your time.

I've used Roger n Chris for my miniature schnauzer for years. Never had any problem. I even use them to board her when we travel.

We used to take our dogs to this one groomers (Pretty Pets) ...they had a wonderful red-haired girl who had two pits of her own and our dogs loved her. One day we went in and I asked for her but the owner said she didn't work there anymore. I figured we'd give the new people a try, figured our babies would be more comfortable there, being familiar with the office, but when I came back both were limping. We went back one more time and they were even more nervous, and jewels actually slipped her collar and tried to run back home. I didn't pay much attention, thinking maybe she thought it was a vet visit, but the next time I asked them to go for a car ride to pick up some takeout, my Jewels started hyperventilating and trembling and the lightbulb came on. We found a different groomer (Doggone Cute in Springdale, Ar) that is so sweet, she even trims their nails outside bc our big pittie is afraid of the little yappy dogs inside. I can only imagine what our babies went thru at that one place for them to be so scared!

Very disappointed this time. In the past we knew that our pet would get the best possible care and service. I had my dog bathed, ears cleaned and nails trimmed simply because he is too big to do this by myself. Yes he was clean and smelled wonderful but his nails were long and sharp and his ears still dirty. What exactly did i pay for? Will not go back.

I took my dog for a wash and hair cut. When I brought my dog home, I saw a big cut on the side of her body. They clipped my dog and hurt her physically. I would never recommend them and tell someone how bad they are.
