poor customer service

I bought 6000.00 worth of brick and told them I had a problem they said" they would come out and take a look " after several calls to them they never showed and would not return my calls.

I would advise to stay away from them . They are only .01 or .02 cents cheaper than the others ,not worth it!!!!!
