I have had them put stereo's in my vehicles for the past 20 years and they have always done a great job. Highly recommend them.

My husband and I brought a washer/dryer set from Thumpers about 2 months ago. Now, both the washer & dryer are not working properly!! When the dryer started acting up about a month ago; we were barely still under warranty about a day or so left. They hesitated coming out to the house, since we intially had to pay for set to be delivered. We stated to them that there was no way we could bring it to them. It took them about 2 days for the "repairman" to call back and setup an appointment to just come out and see what the problem was. The appointment was setup for another 2 days later of waiting while I had to go elsewhere to dry my clothes! My husband finally figured it out the day before the "repairman" was supposed to come out. We called and cancelled the appointment. Well, that was a month ago and on yesterday (4/25/12) the washer stopped working. It gets to the rinse cycle and stops. So, we have stinky, dirty water sitting in the washer!! :-( My husband called today and was told, since it's no longer under warranty( a whooping 30 days only!) then we would have to haul it back up there for them to "see" what the problem was and still charge us for it! The set is a very older Kenmore set and it was overpriced for over $300 for the set!! Horrible service!! They is always a problem with someone coming to the house to help you out! I would not recommend anyone buying ANYTHING out of that store!! It's not worth your time or money!!
