I went to the new Springdale location to open up a deposit acct,and they said I would get free money orders with that acct and should receive my debit card in 7-10 buisness days.I went to get a money order one day and was told they're $2 a piece,and explained they were suppose to be free they waived the fee,but said next time it would be $2.OK now to the debit card situation 10 days later no card so I call and the guy who ordered says it never got ordered by some glitch so I'm understanding and say it's ok and he orders another one insuring me it's right and that it's being rush delivered out that day! Here I am the same day a week later still no card so needless to say I closed the acct before it ever really got going.���� I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone I went to arvest and had a card the same day no problems����
