Xavier is a five year old boy who allegedly was systematically and repeatedly abused by faculty at Turnbow Elementary School for 13 months from November of 2013 to December of 2014. The school told his mother that the abuse was justified because he was violent and aggressive.

Since no one besides school personnel was seeing this behavior, his mother asked them to record video when it occurred. No such video has ever been presented.

His mother didn't want to believe that the school was engaging in ongoing child abuse, so she arranged for Xavier to be evaluated for behavior disorders, ADHD and autism. All the results came back negative. Xavier was described as a normal child, bright and alert.

Finally, on December 8th, 2014, her worst fears were realized - Xavier came home with bruising. At first, the principal, Mrs. Stacey Ferguson, told Xavier's mom that no one had touched her child. She recorded this conversation. Later, she was given a report stating that the teacher did grab him, but it was "for his own safety".

Xavier was immediately withdrawn from school, and a written complaint was filed with Dr. Jim Rollins (Superintendant of the Springdale AR School District), the Springdale AR Police Department, and the Washington County AR Department of Human Services. The complaint was also phoned in to the Arkansas child abuse hotline. Springdale AR Senior Deputy City Attorney Taylor Samples contacted us on January 27, 2014, and informed us that the government had investigated itself and found it did nothing wrong, despite extensive audio recordings, written statements and photographs that proved otherwise.

The school district, police department and city attorney all seem intent on sweeping this under the rug. Please help us get Justice For Xavier by contacting the people on our contact list --> https://www.facebook.com/notes/justice-for-xavier/contact-list/736856196421553
