UPS on Monitor Rd has provided good service in the past, but my last three shipments have had issues. 1) delivered to wrong address in spite of having correct address and contact. went to delivery center to pick up. it was not there and was promised to deliver the following day. shipment was returned to sender instead of me 2) partial delivery for still waiting on remaining items 3) over night delivery before 10:30. it's 11:00 customer service is to call back with in an hour with update. I would provide a one star review, but they have provided service expected of UPS in past.

I called and was sent to a call center in Central America. Are you telling me there is no place in the USA that you can put a call center? Support America you guys. I will not use you again. I will use the postal service. I am going to tell as many people that I can. YOU DO NOT SUPPORT AMERICAN WORKERS. Oh and then I was sent to the Philippines . Many state would love for you to have a call center here. As I said I will not use you again.

terrible service

Worst service I have ever experienced with a shipping company. Calling their service center number only got me connected to the call center in Manila . . . Philippines. Eight calls said the package was on the truck for delivery, one call said it was waiting for pickup at the facility. Twice the foreigners at the call center mistook the abbreviation AR to mean Arizona. I wasted an entire day waiting on delivery that I was repeatedly told was imminent.

There is one woman there who works in the front who is r-u-d-e. Wish I caught her name. Customer service isn't her strong point from observation. However, there is another woman, who I got the impression works in the back, that was helpful and nice and acted like she cared. Wish I would've caught her name too.
